I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Dr. Joon Jae Park, and I am honored to introduce myself as the new owner and dentist, following the well-deserved retirement of Dr. John Zabkowicz. I am excited to continue the tradition of excellent care that you have experienced over the years.
First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge Dr. John's incredible dedication and service to your oral health over the past 42 years. He has built a practice known for its warmth, professionalism, and outstanding patient care. I am committed to upholding these same values as I step into this role and I want to assure you that Dr. John’s legacy of exceptional dental care, trust and personalized care will remain at the forefront of everything we do.
Allow me to share a bit about myself: I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2016 and have focused on general and comprehensive family dentistry. My passion for dentistry comes from a deep desire to help people maintain their oral health and achieve their best smiles. I believe in providing compassionate, patient-centered care and am dedicated to ensuring that each visit to our practice is a positive experience for you and your family.
You will continue to see the familiar faces of our wonderful staff when you visit, as they will continue to provide the same level of care and service that you are accustomed to. We are all dedicated to making this transition as seamless as possible, and we are here to answer any questions you might have.
In the coming months, you may notice some new additions and updates to the practice, as I strive to improve our services and enhance your experience. However, my core mission remains the same: to provide you with the highest quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We want to inform you of an upcoming change regarding our participation with your dental insurance. Effective June 18, 2025, we will no longer be an in-network provider with your current dental insurance plan. However, we will continue to accept your insurance and file claims on your behalf to help you maximize your benefits.

For years, we have remained in-network with your dental insurance to provide accessible, high-quality care. However, insurance companies have increasingly imposed restrictions that:
• Limit coverage for necessary treatments
• Delay essential procedures
• Reduce reimbursements to unsustainable levels
These limitations make it difficult for us to provide the level of care you deserve. Our priority has always been your health—not insurance company policies. By moving out of network, we can continue offering exceptional care without compromise.
What This Means for You:
• You can still use your insurance at our office, as long as your plan includes out-of-network coverage. We will continue to file claims on your behalf.
• Your out-of-pocket costs may change slightly, but we will work with you to help minimize any additional expenses.
• We offer a complimentary benefits review to provide clear, personalized information about how your plan will be affected.
• Our team is here to help with treatment estimates, pre-authorizations, and maximizing your insurance benefits to ensure a smooth transition.
Our Commitment to You
